Persian Virgin!

Angela here! So we had this incredible dinner Sunday night! We decided to try a Persian Lamb Shank recipe. It did not disappoint.

Willy took this challenge and murdered it! I'm going to ask William for the link to the recipe! Will post some pictures of our meal! We had our usual hummus as well. Super easy, here's how we do it!

You'll need:

1 can chick peas
1 medium size clove garlic
Kosher Salt
Pepper
Veg oil/canola
Lemon wedge (optional)

Combine drained and rinsed chick peas in a food processor with 3 tbsp canola oil, roughly 1 tbsp pepper and 2 tbsp kosher salt, and full garlic clove peeled. Pulse to chop.

Clean off sides of processor and add a few more tbsp of oil. Blend. We like ours chunky, so add oil to your consistency. Enjoy!

Side note: If you love garlic, you can always use a big clove. Yum! 😍🥂
